3. Payment & Cancellations

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Clients are responsible for the full session fee for no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, unless due to illness or emergency.

All client information is kept confidential and protected in accordance with HIPAA regulations and applicable laws. Information will not be shared without written consent, except as required by law.

5. Technology & Telehealth

Virtual sessions are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms. Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection.
